> Personal, human technology support for seniors in the Netherlands. Subscription-based remote service that helps adult children ("the sandwich generation") offload the IT burden of supporting their ageing parents. All support is remote — no home visits.

The Grey Glove Technology Concierge is a Dutch company based in Etten-Leur, Netherlands. The service exists because technology is becoming increasingly complex while support grows ever more impersonal. An entire generation of seniors risks being left behind. Meanwhile, their children (aged 40–60) are stuck being the family IT helpdesk — and that is not sustainable.

The Grey Glove provides a dedicated, personal point of contact — a real human, not a chatbot — who takes the time, connects via secure remote sessions, and gets it sorted. Core values: patience, trust, simplicity, and security.

## Services and Pricing

- **Digital Home Audit** — €39,99 one-time fee. Remote inventory of all devices, security assessment, Wi-Fi optimisation, immediate fixes, and a written report with recommendations. The recommended first step before subscribing.
- **The Guardian** (Tier 1) — €14,99/month. Security updates for all devices, Scam Shield (suspicious message review), monthly security report, basic troubleshooting, quarterly device health summary, password safety guidance, monthly digital safety tips, phone support on weekdays. Up to 5 devices per household.
- **The Legacy** (Tier 2) — €29,99/month. Everything in The Guardian plus device setup and installation, cloud backup configuration, one-on-one personal remote guidance, proactive needs analysis, and priority support. Up to 5 devices per household.

All subscriptions include a dedicated contact person, documentation of all devices and settings, and same-working-day response. Monthly cancellation, no long-term contracts.

2. We connect remotely via a secure session to assess all technology (1.5–2 hours)
3. Based on the report, choose the right subscription for ongoing support
4. We handle everything: updates, security, questions — peace of mind for the whole family
