Yes, you can upgrade from The Guardian to The Legacy at any time. Downgrading is possible at the end of the month.
Is there a cancellation period?
No, you can cancel on a monthly basis. No long-term contracts or hidden fees.
How many devices are included?
Each subscription covers up to 5 devices per household as standard. Need more devices? Get in touch for a tailored quote.
How does remote support work?
We connect to the device through a secure remote session — only after explicit permission, and the connection can be ended at any moment. While we work, we walk you through what's happening on screen by phone, calmly and without jargon. No permanent software is installed, and we never have access outside an active session.
Do I need a Digital Home Audit first?
We strongly recommend it. The Home Audit gives us a complete picture of the situation, so we can help effectively from the start. However, it is not required.
